One runner’s fitness blog

We all have a running journey. Maybe I can be of inspiration on yours. I have been running for three years now, initially as a way to stay fit. Now it’s a part of my lifestyle. I think it’s time to get serious about my running, become more professional, and provide some outlook and info to the community. 

Let’s just go! Let’s run 5, 10, 15k’s. Half marathons, full marathons, (ultra marathons?) Trails, roads… I’ll train up.

I will provide information regarding my runs; physical health, diet, and used and discounted gear that I can get my hands on. Plus, as much detail as I can stand regarding events I get into. Hopefully, interestingly.

After some racing around at the kiddo’s B-day.
